Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Abhishek Traders. By browsing our catalog or submitting quotes, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. Sourcing Specifications & Quotations

Abhishek Traders serves as a wholesale and retail distributor of building materials. All catalog listings (including plywood calibration sizes, sanitary catalog designs, modular drawer tracks, and paints) are compiled based on manufacturer specifications.

  • Quotations provided offline, over the phone, or via WhatsApp are valid for a period of seven (7) business days, unless otherwise specified, due to fluctuations in material cost.
  • Clients are encouraged to verify dimensions, plywood grades (MR, BWR, BWP), and paint catalog codes before final order dispatch.

2. Billing & Payments

For all retail and wholesale orders compiled at our Banarsi Chowk showroom:

  • We support Cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Credit billing is only available for registered builders and sub-dealers upon verified credit checks.
  • Goods will be dispatched for site delivery only after payment confirmation has been processed.
  • All applicable taxes (such as GST) will be itemized in our business tax invoice.

3. Logistics & Safe Site Delivery

Safe delivery to sites is arranged at the discretion of the customer and coordinated by our store dispatchers:

  • Standard transport charges are calculated based on mileage distance from Motihari (Chailaha) to the builder site.
  • Our team takes utmost care in packaging delicate ceramic commodes, tabletop washbasins, and glass windows. Recipients must inspect items for physical damage or breakage upon delivery at the construction site.
  • Claims for breakage or missing drawer channel boxes will not be entertained after the vehicle has returned from the site.

4. Colors & Material Variations

Since decorative laminates (Sunmica) and paint mixes involve raw timber sheets and chemical mixing tint machines, minor shade and texture variations from display samples are normal. Computerized color tinting for Asian Paints and Birla Opus Paints matches reference codes exactly; however, lighting changes at the final building site can affect perception.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of business transactions with Abhishek Traders will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of East Champaran (Motihari), Bihar, India.
